Madhu founded ONEPROOF on a simple conviction: digital identity should work like real infrastructure, invisible, dependable, and built to standards. He earned that conviction over a career spent securing systems at scale: first as Engineer and Enterprise Architect at the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, where he led security, networking, and the state's cloud-first push, then in cloud security engineering and architecture at Sony Corporation of America, protecting Sony's operating companies worldwide. Today he serves as the elected Vice-Chair of the Identity and Access Forum at the Secure Technology Alliance and chairs the industry's mDL age verification working group, where he was lead editor of its published guidance. When he's not deep in ISO standards, he's mentoring first-generation college students finding their own path into technology.

Herb has spent more than two decades keeping Wisconsin's government technology running. As Chief Information Officer of the Wisconsin Department of Justice, he led the IT organization behind the state's justice and public-safety systems; before that, he managed IT operations at the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and served on the governance board of Wisconsin's eGovernment program, helping steer hundreds of digital services across more than 30 state agencies. At ONEPROOF, Herb brings that same public-service discipline to the platforms our customers run in production.

Jim has spent his career defending the systems people count on most. A CISSP, he served as Chief Information Security Officer at the Wisconsin Department of Justice, spent more than a decade as Security Architect at the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, and cut his teeth in incident response at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. At ONEPROOF, he leads our PKI infrastructure and represents the company in standards bodies, working as he always has to make security and privacy something people can simply take for granted.

David has spent decades making sure Wisconsin's most critical systems never miss a beat: as Chief of IT Infrastructure and Operations at the Department of Justice, IT Section Chief for the Wisconsin State Patrol, and leading cloud services and systems engineering at the Department of Transportation. That is the standard he brings to ONEPROOF, where he runs the operations and support organization that keeps customer deployments healthy, day and night.

Kevin spent more than two decades building financial reporting and modeling systems, business consulting operations, and sales technology behind great sales teams, most recently at American Family Insurance in Madison, Wisconsin. He has a gift for bringing together technical staff and business staff, as well as business leadership, which is exactly what he does at ONEPROOF: leading investor relations and connecting our technology-first story with the partners and investors who back it.
